Terms & Conditions

I. ORDERING1. Please be 100% sure when placing your order with V Squared PH. For buyers below 18 years of age, please ensure that you get your guardian's consent before placing an order.
2. All confirmed orders are considered sold.
3. No pasalo.
4. Cancellation of confirmed order/s is STRICTLY prohibited but should the buyer really want to cancel the order, the cancellation fee must be paid. CANCELLATION FEE = 50% of the total bill + late fees, if applicable. Said buyer will also be blacklisted.II. PACKAGING AND SHIPPING1. All items ordered are official and sealed unless stated otherwise. V Squared PH will not be held liable for any damages or defects caused by the manufacturer or courier.
2. All items will be under normal estimated time of arrival (3-6 weeks upon ship out) from South Korea unless stated otherwise.
3. Delays due to shipping are inevitable. V Squared PH will not be held liable for any loss or delay that might happen.
4. No rush packing and shipping, and combined shipping unless your orders will be included in the same box or will arrive at the PH address at the same time.
5. All items must be shipped out within 30 days upon notification to the buyer that it has already arrived at the PH address. Failure to settle all pendings related to it until then will result to forfeiture of orders. Said buyer will also be blacklisted.III. PAYMENT1. All payments must be settled on or before the Deadline of Payment. Proof of Payment is required. Only FULLY PAID orders (item payment, estimated local shipping fee or handling & booking fee, packaging fee, and/or late fee/s, if applicable) will be shipped.
2. Failure to settle payments on time will result in a fine of PHP50.00 per day + pending balance. Late fees will accumulate until everything is fully paid.
3. All orders with unsettled payments after 2 follow-ups shall be cancelled. Such buyers will be tagged as bogus and will be blacklisted from the shop.
4. Down payment is NON-REFUNDABLE.IV. CANCELLATION, REFUND, and RETURN AND EXCHANGE1. Cancellation and/or refund of order/s is only applicable to out of stock or sold out items, and Group Orders (GOs) that did not meet the minimum number of orders.
2. Return and exchange of item/s is only allowed if it is proven to be V Squared PH’s fault. Item/s must be with complete inclusions and tags.
3. NO raw and uncut unboxing video, NO return and exchange.
4. For onhand items, failure to settle payments on or before the DOP shall automatically be cancelled. Buyer/s will be blacklisted.— ALL bogus and blacklisted customers will be posted.
